It is Saturday, and it's been a very eventful day. Been doing a lot in the house today, and even though I planned to start this review around 12am, it is now nearly 7pm, and I've only just started. But don't you worry, my son. This mix has been on repeat ever since. And I even had the wife listen to it, and she's not a fan of anything Hardcore related. So it has been a struggle, but she has not complained once. Maybe today is the day I have converted her into a gabber? Who knows?
There's more chance of the Moon hitting the Earth. But at least I tried. And the mix I listened to, is a very good one. It's made by Infrasound, and it contains some extremely big Happy Hardcore anthems from the 90s. And you all know how much I love Hardcore. It's my life. I can listen to Hardcore 24/7, 52 weeks a year, and I would still love it. Not the current piep kicks stuff, Frenchcore or anything 'new', but the old stuff. Nothing can compare.
Infrasound decided to do a bit of everything, UK and rest of Europe. And I love the balance between both. The result is a 77 minute long mix with some very tasty sounding anthems you don't hear that often. Well, some you do, but not in this configuration. We need more of these mixes, and funnily enough, this is the 38th mix in the series. How the fuck did I miss all the others?

A bit of everything, as said. But the majority obviously are Scott Brown records. Which in itself isn't a bad thing. We all love a bit of the early Scott Brown anthems. And they blend in well with everything else in this mix.
Nothing can compete to the 90s sound. It's just extremely dope and sexy. Yes, I said sexy, as it is. No current day Hardcore anthem can compete. It's just next level stuff they did back in the 90s, and Infrasound's selection showcases how great the music was back in the day. If you weren't around, you missed out on a lot!
Yes, some of the tracks might have been slightly cheesy, but those were the days.
Best record? Oh, that's difficult. I've got three actually. 'Inspiration Vibes', 'My Way', and 'Stop The Rhythm'. They are the best records in this mix.
Infrasound, you've given me a lot to listen to. 37 other mixes to be fair. There goes my bloody weekend! As long as they are as good as this one, I've got nothing to complain about!
