As most of you know, I am a Breakbeat Hardcore fan. I might not know the ins- and outs, but at least I'm passionate about it, and every mix I find, will be played. When Craig Scott did a full mix series, dedicated to Breakbeat Hardcore, I was in Heaven. And still to this day do I listen to that mix series, which I urge you all to do (CLICK HERE for the review). But he's obviously not the only one who makes Breakbeat Hardcore mixes. A new one was only found a few days ago, and I had to jump on it, to see if it's what I needed to hear. And it certainly was.
Obviously Breakbeat Hardcore became extremely successful and impactful around the early 90s, and even though I was too young to understand the music. I appreciate the music now, and love to hear the early sound, from back in the day. It's just a feeling, but it's a great feeling. The music is great, and it's still kept alive, in the style of the early 90s.
The DJ in question is Mogley, and I know nothing about this DJ. I do believe that this mix was done for a radio show, but I might be completely wrong. If anyone knows anything, please leave a comment below, that would be appreciated.
It is 2 hours of Breakbeat Hardcore, can't go wrong with that, right? And I'm still learning new music, as it's quite a large scene, and it has had a lot of records over the years, and as mentioned, it is still going strong. Which is always good. Keep the early sound alive and kicking.

This is a very pleasant mix to listen to. 2 hours long, with some insane records, carefully selected and mixed together. I found this mix by accident, but I'm glad to have discovered it. I didn't know I needed to hear Breakbeat that much!
It is cool to hear that it's still going strong, and that there's an audience out there, willing to discover what people listened to back in the 90s. The kids are too young to imagine it, but there's a whole generation out there who started the rave culture we know and love, and they listened to music that resembled the music in this mix. And it's fantastic.
It's never too late to appreciate. And Mogley's mix is a very nice one to listen to. It's got so many nostalgic elements in each record, it could easily transport you back in time.
The track that got me moving the most, is the DJ Producer's 'Want Some More'. What a brilliant record by the DJ Producer. This has got everything a Breakbeat Hardcore track should have. Trust me, you don't want to hear anything else. Well, you should, but this track makes you rewind over and over.
A solid mix. One that will give us enough energy to get through the upcoming week. More of these mixes, please. Pretty please!

Nice one, Mogley plays on energy1058.com and there's lots of nu skool that's played on there and we occasionally have dedicated nights to. Nice one on the review!
