Terror Traxx. I remember this label. What I didn't know was that it's still going strong. And that it was a sublabel to MidTown Records. I've never actually owned a Terror Traxx LP or single, even though I know the majority of the records, and I do like the songs. Don't ask me why, it just never happened. Well, at least I didn't need to purchase them separately as they were on many compilations, which I did purchase.
The label has had some amazing releases, and some unfortunate ones that have slipped under the radar. Obviously their biggest period was the 90s, and the songs released were some epic ones. A handful of those releases made their way into 2C-Bever's mix, which is a tribute mix to Terror Traxx. The mix was reposted only the other day, but it was uploaded three years ago, so I'm a bit late to the show.
And truth be told, it's been a while since I heard Terror Traxx's songs. Apart from the obvious song, which is the last one in this mix (you'll know immediately which song I'm referring to). Maybe the label is slightly underrated, which makes this mix a refreshing thing to encounter. We need more tribute mixes to long lost and/or forgotten labels from the 90s. There must be hundreds out there, totally forgotten. Bring those memories back, and bring them back now!

Bodylotion - Happy Is Voor Hobo's
This is certainly a trip down memory lane. So many records in here you don't even see anywhere else. Besides the obvious names, I wouldn't have a clue who's behind the artist names such as The Fuck-Ups, Chaos Inc., G-Force etc.
Even though they are underrated, I still thoroughly enjoy the records. The songs are solid, maybe a bit bouncy from time to time, but those were the 90s. Happy had infiltrated the Hardcore scene, and made it a bit bouncier, which I do love. Experimental and bouncy. Couldn't ask for more.
2C-Bever made a very nice tribute mix. I don't know if he's done more of these Terror Traxx's tribute mixes, I must have a quick look on his Soundcloud channel, as there were more releases on the label. But it's still awesome and quite entertaining. Especially when 'On Your Own' is played. That takes me back to the 90s, proper.
Obviously 'Happy Is Voor Hobo's' is the biggest hit from the label, but it's certainly one you need to love or hate. I've grown to hate it slightly, as it's not really a great track. But cool to end a set with.
A very awesome mix. I love mixes that take me back in time. More please. Bring on the Hardcore!
