It is still Monday, and we need something to get us going. Something with a big of oomph. And I have something you might appreciate. Already reviewed a few Dexx mixes before, even the first instalment of his UK Hardcore Classics mix series, but I've missed the few of his mixes unfortunately. We are now at the fifth instalment, and if you've got some time spare, you could check out all of them (and the other mixes he's got on his channel), but for now, let's focus on yet another UK Hardcore focussed mix.
And it's a big one. I do love myself a bit of the classics. Can't believe we have to call them classics, when it feels like I was only listening to them yesterday, the day they were released! Time has flown by too damn fast, and it's a tad painful to acknowledge. But we have to. It is the truth, but at least the music can change our mood, and it will make us much more happier.

Oh, Dexx has gone all out, and included some epic dancefloor smashers. It's a solid selection, and the hour and seven minutes will fly by. This would go down well at any rave.
It's a trip down memory lane, and I've been going through some of those in recent times, and I love it. It makes me feel old and a outdated, but I don't care. Bring back the classics, bring back the style I adore. And with this mix, Dexx certainly brought back some glorious memories.
But... I am not a fan of a few of the selected songs. 'Bittersweet Hardcore' has never been my favourite (generally dislike the original), and 'Braveheart' has been played too many times. Gets on my nerves, to be completely honest. But on the other hand, 'Bring Me Round To Love' can never be played too many times, as that is a certified banger. And of course 'Wakey Wakey'. Come on, no competition!
A very pleasant mix, and I've enjoyed it. I might find a few hours spare, and will jump on the missed mixes. You should do the same. Take the nostalgia train back in time!
